Create a Corporate Compliance Plan for a Puerto Rican division of Riordan Manufacturing.

In order to make all components of the assignment relative to the opening of a Riordan division in Puerto Rico, you need to examine the market you are entering and determine if the same laws and production guidelines the company operates under in the continental US, also apply in Puerto Rico. I would suggest opening with information about PR's economy, then the level of regulatory autonomy.
