Nazajose Distribution’s Mission statement - Nazajose Distribution Company exists to offer the finest in gourmet foods available worldwide at the best prices. The company shall treat the customer’s needs with due care ensuring his or her needs are met. The company shall endeavor to keep internal and external stakeholders of the company satisfied as we aspire to keep the company sustainable throughout the years.

Financial Perspective
Nazajose Distribution will offer its products at the most affordable prices to customers, the products the company will offer will be source from suppliers who can negotiate prices, the company will employee purchasing officers with excellent negotiating skills. The price to customers is critical to the sustainability of the company and a customer base. The company will take the competition prices in consideration when setting its prices, the use of marketing intelligence will be incorporated. This method is the gathering of information and analysis of the competition, whether this information is publicly available or by snooping on their competitors, or rifling through the garbage. The company must use any available method to gain competitive advantage over its competition, this is the only way the company can offer the prices that will keep customers returning to the company.
Nazajose has to maximize the Customs Tariff in every way possible; the tariff has a wide range of duty structure, therefore understanding the structure and knowing how to classify products is the key to the percentage payable.
