A successful strategic plan needs to be set in place to give Kudler Fine Foods opportunities for the future of their business. The business needs to capitalize on its internal and external strengths. They can do this by focusing on their value and mission statements. By using a good strategic plan, the environmental opportunities for Kudler Fine Foods will be their strength.

For the future of Kudler Fine Foods, they will need to implement a plan by changing the way they think. They will need to use strategies to entice the customer and also make sure they are satisfying the customer as an end result. By doing this they will need to increase their customer’s loyalty. They will need to add services and other forms of leverages to make the business more profitable.

New customers can be obtained by other satisfied customers telling how satisfied they are with Kudler Fine Foods. By expanding on their catering service which Kudler Fine Foods is interested in doing, they can increase their profits. They will need to make a change in their technology to create more business opportunities. By doing this they will identify other strategies and techniques that they will be able to focus on by helping management with a new vision for their business.

By achieving their objectives, Kudler Fine Foods can increase their profits and expand their market shares within a two year period of time. They need to focus on implementing better sources to make sure their environmental scan will have the strengths they are in need of. Kudler Fine Foods can be competitive and become a major supplier for gourmet and organic food industries by being able to focus on their opportunities and take advantage of the competitive edge. They will need to maximize on their strategies and take on the challenges to make sure they can see the vision of Kudler Fine Foods being a top notch gourmet business.
