Interest talk

I would like to tell you guys about the experience that I gained from the 'Empower U' program offered by MindChamps. This program is designed for youth by youth. It helps young people discover what they want out of life and overcome any obstacles which might be holding them back. In fact, it teaches practical life skills, things that you can't be learnt in schools.

I enjoyed the feeling of it because once I remembered that at the start of program, one of the trainers called Brent, he warned me by saying and writing this vital message on the board: THIS PROGRAM MAY CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER! I asked myself, Wow, is it going to be true?

After attending the program, yes it has indeed changed my life by gaining most effective communication techniques to give me the edge of life, gaining control of my emotions with the power to change how I felt instantly. When I talked round here, immunsely I think of the commitment I've done in the program. One of the trainers asked the whole group a question. It was “ What you appreciate about how you have grown in this two and half day Empower- U program?” All of a sudden, no one speaks. It really tapped my inner strength of being the first person to answer a question through microphone with couragement.

Even though the content itself is powerful, it invovles the atmosphere of concert light , music, movies, humour or fun activities along this exciting journey. My favourite activity is the board- break. What I mean by that is writing positive and negative beliefs on each side of the board and then break all negative belifs I wrote using a special way. There are much more entertainment activities that you can't imagine.

The final thing is that this Empower U program will change your life in most positive way imaginable and it is motivating youngsters to achieve great results.
