Management Planning

Boeing Corporation is an organization strictly built on Management Planning. Boeing operates on a global level to commercial and military needs. The true success of Boeing to produce high end aircraft for both commercial and military consist from its employees. These employees are put through the Management Planning in all departments every day. Boeings employees are prepared throughout their career with continuous education and applied knowledge of the company. The aircrafts used to carry out all task are strictly enforced by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Having a set planning function of management, set goals and objectives helps a company succeed faster and looked at stronger than all the rest. Boeing plans for the unexpected by conducting many Emergency Action Plans (EAP). By planning for emergency barriers a company can avoid problem easier and faster. Boeing sets goals in every department consisting from its engineering, sales, mechanical, and product testing department. Guidelines are set using an outline listing each goal from highest to lowest concerns. An example could be having management listed first, personnel, inventory and advertisement. The driving force behind the Boeing Corporation is of course the stakeholders, which include: customers, employees, shareholders, and communities (Articlesbase). Several factors can affect the Management Planning process. The first is Legal Issues, seeing aircraft can be deadly, Boeing must follow all rules and regulations with all manufactures to every detail they list. Boeing does not want to get a bad outlook with any unfortunate mishaps. A human life cannot be bought. Such task can include operation manuals for pilots, engineers having a set plan for every repair needed and managers following proper guidelines put out by Boeing. Ethical Issues can become...
