KEYBOARDING I PART 2 ASSESSMENT TEST—LESSONS 21-40

1. Access the GDP program through the link on https://northlandcollege.gdp11.com.

2. Access Test 2A Alternate

a. Click Lessons

b. Click Part 2 from the tabs on the left side of the screen

c. Scroll down

d. Click Test 2

e. Click Outcomes Assessment 2A Alternate

3. Use the format procedures you learned in Lessons 21-40. You have 45 minutes to type the letter, report, and table.

4. Submit the completed documents through the GDP program.

5. Demonstrate to your proctor how to delete the three test documents from your computer’s hard drive or jump drive. Empty the Recycle Bin.

6. Complete the alphabetic and numeric timings on page 3.

Test 2-21A

Business Letter in Block Style (Use proper format procedures.)

1. Add an envelope to the document.

2. Omit the return address.
