1. Based on your overall impression of Governor Patrick, describe the quality of the exchange relationship he would most likely have with his followers. Explain your answer.

Governor Patrick most likely has an all American exchange relationship with his followers. His background is a factual point that you can turn a life of poverty into an All-American dream. The views and concepts that he has demonstrated and enforced also closely resemble the dreams that all Americans wish to have.

The equality and normal freedoms that allow Americans to be proud they live in the USA have been implemented by Governor Patrick during his reign.

I believe this comforts the majority of his followers as they make up a large portion of his Commonwealth.

2. Has Governor Patrick created an organizational climate for creativity and innovation in his state? Support your answer.

Governor Patrick has definitely created a climate for creativity and innovation. The Governor's history supports the fact that he welcomes new innovation. Massachusetts is a global leader in IT, biotech, biopharmaceuticals and a national leader in clean energy.

They are even the first state that has a wind farm. This would suggest that Governor Patrick is serious about Massachusetts economy, health and the people in his commonwealth.

3. Would you describe Governor Patrick as a transformational or a transactional leader? Support your answer.

Personally I believe Gov. Patrick can be described as a transformational leader. He appears to recognize issues within his state and motivate his followers to believe that they can make a difference.
