Implementing Leadership Change

It is important for any successful organization to implement vital change in leadership if the organization expects to succeed potential growth. Depending on the situations or circumstances, change is sometimes labeled as good or bad. Change can involve culture and diversity differences, attitude changes, partnership changes, shifts in economic occurrences, and success, or failure. However, change is one of the most important responsibilities that leadership needs to market to the growing community. Strong leadership and such change require excellent leadership and managerial skills. Therefore, when change takes place, it is important for members of management to work together in the success of reaching the same goal. A team of leaders who want to be successful will try effectively to communicate with associates and other team leaders. Despite attitudes, emotions, or problems, leadership needs to be supportive of one another and the change.

Learning Team C will write a proposal facilitating change for the company Gene One. The researched information will discuss two distinct strategies that will be beneficial and present a desirable outcome while remaining supportive of Gene One’s innovation. The team will summarize the strategies explaining how leadership and management control is affected while identifying the potential effects and proposed changes. To attain success in this mission, the team decided to split into two subgroups. Whereas the first strategy discussed will be the chosen strategy, the second one will be used as a backup.
