Management plays an important role in almost every aspect of a person’s life. Many people do their best to manage their personal time, money, goals, and decisions. People also tend to have some form of management in their social and family lifestyles. Management is important to understand and consider for a variety of situations. My focus in this paper will be to relate Steve Jobs’ management philosophies. He has never been asked to review a new law or bill, has never served in the military, and has actually never been involved with politics at all. He has however, inspired a countless number of people and has single handedly helped change the technology landscape for people all over the world.

Apple employs some of the world’s greatest minds, which can be hard to manage. Jobs does an excellent job of keeping all people on track with Apples vision.

Steve Jobs was a master, a creative genius and one of the world's best salesman, but Apple would not be where it is today were it not for his intense and sometimes polarizing management style.

Steve Jobs is an important individual who has a great deal of influence, and that he is primarily responsible for Apple's being so successful. So, in terms of a CEOs importance relative to their own company's operations and success, he may well be the most important of any major, multi-billion dollar corporation, because he's more visible than others, plays an active and personal role in product launches and publicity, and has a bit of an aura around him. How many corporate executives can make a legitimate claim to have reshaped not just one industry but four: computing (the Mac), music (the iPod), mobile communications (the iPhone), and movies (Pixar).He is considered a leading figure in both the computer and entertainment industries. I think that his role as manager was very important for company.
