Hello everyone this is the Quality Improvement Process Team C and the team members are xxxx-Cooxer, xxx Gexxge, Rxx xxxx and xxxWxxe this team represents Riordan Manufacturing. Riordan Manufacturing, Inc. is wholly owned by Riordan Industries which is a Fortune 1000 enterprise (University of Phoenix Virtual Organization, 2004). In an effort to distinguish Riordan from their competitors, increase customer satisfaction, and establish a solid link between the manufacturing inventory control system and the raw materials manufacturing inventory process this team would like to introduce a system change in the form of an specifically designed software, advanced bar code tracking system, and handheld computer or imaging scanner capable of transferring data into a database. This process will impact production, inventory, raw materials, productivity, performance, and provide the company with unprecedented opportunities.
