Introduction:
Newskool Grooves was founded by “Gerd’s” own ideas, as he loves music he decided to use his ideas about music software to keep the profit for himself. It is a multinational organization for music software which is operating in three various countries. Newskool Grooves’s headquarters are located in Berlin where the development of new products and the mission of the company is established, its marketing activities and advertising campaigns are established in Los Angeles offices and its coding work are done by programmers in Kiev (Ukraine).Gerd hire workers who had independent work style as the environment of the company is “Boundaryless environment” which is a work environment that aims to exclude the chain of command and decrease the span of control of an organization to have a more decentralized culture.
Identifying the problem:
There are two major problems caused by being a boundary less organization that operates in various countries. The first problem is that the organizational culture which is highly decentralized does not consider the differences in the cultures of employees in different countries.
