• SMART Objectives of the project

I wound spend 5 weeks for research the information about the McDonald’s customer care. By found the all kinds of customer care projects which service for the internal customer and external customer. And found the content of customer care how to be used in the daily work. This report will show how the customer care in McDonald to get the internal customer and external customer satisfaction.

• Statement of the issue to be investigated

This report focuses on what is the customer care in McDonald and how it is used in the daily work. I would introduce the service system and the idea of customer care in McDonald and describe how it work

• Reasons for the choice of the issue

There are two reasons why I choice this topic.

First, I had the part-time job in McDonald about one year, and then I am more familiar to McDonald than the other person.

Second, the customer care of McDonald is one of the best one in the fast food industry around the world and it is worth to study.

The issue is related by the customer care to the customer satisfaction which code is DJ42 34 that I have learnt at my sophomore year.

• Justification for the business involved

The reason why I choice this company is that McDonald's Corporation is the world's largest chain of hamburger, serving nearly 47 million customers daily and the policy of customer care is more popular or prefect in the world. But the most important reason is that McDonald has a good foundation for customer care than other competitor. It has a good customer care project to get the success.
