Introduction

The service marketing mix is also known as an extended marketing mix and is an integral part of a service blueprint design. The service marketing mix consists of 7 P’s as compared to the 4 P’s of a product marketing mix. Simply said, the service marketing mix assumes the service as a product itself. However it adds 3 more P’s which are required for optimum service delivery. The additional Ps have been added because today marketing is far more customer oriented than ever before, and because the service sector of the economy has come to dominate economic activity in this country. These 3 extra Ps are particularly relevant to this new extended service mix.

Process

Process is another element of the extended marketing mix. There a number of perceptions of the concept of process within the business and marketing literature. Marketing has a number of process that integrate together to create an overall marketing process. Other than that, process is an element of service that sees the customers experiences an organization offering. Associated with customer service are a number of processes of involved in making marketing effective in an organization. Process in Dutch Lady Industry is they has made a marketing to produce new product to customers, every new product was inaugurated through advertising whether in print media or electronic. Print media such as newspaper, magazine and so on. For electronic media, including television, radio or internet. Dutch Lady staff have also made promotion to their customer such as make some event for kids that is important healthy in daily life. Other than that, in supermarket, product of Dutch Lady will be placed at a specific place to easy find by customers. And the counter at front of the market in one line, that is easy to customer pay.
