On the basis of this, the research also needs to determine the factors that customers relate to their satisfaction. Our target population consists of people who have a cell phone and are studying at business schools . Due to limited time, money and manpower, we have carried out convenience sampling. The sample size for our research is 100of which 100. The primary data has been collected through survey by means of questionnaires and personal interviews. The secondary data has been collected from brochures, catalogues and the Internet.

We have used charts to summarize the results of the questionnaires. The conclusion is based on the results of the questionnaires and personal interviews.
