This is to apprise you on what you can expect as a Department Undersecretary, co-terminus with the appointing authority, with salary grade (SG) 30 of this organization as well as provide you with an insight into the organization that is DSWD. We would like to meet with you soon so that we can respond to any questions you may have.

Compensation and Benefits

Basic Salary ₱ 78,946.00 / month (step 1)[1]

Note: Salaries at the Central Office is released through the ATM payroll account on a weekly basis. Initial salary is paid via check.

Other Compensation/Benefits

PERA ₱ 2,000.00 / month

Representation Allowance (RA)[2] 8,700.00 / month

Transportation Allowance (TA) vehicle shall be provided

Uniform/Clothing Allowance 5,000.00 / annum

Productivity Incentive Bonus (PIB) 2,000.00 / annum

Cash Gift 5,000.00 / annum

Year-End Bonus 78,946.00 / annum

Extraordinary Expenses ₱ 7,500.00 / month

and Miscellaneous Expenses[3] ₱ 6,000.00 / month

Communications Allowance One cell phone unit and cell

cards worth P1,500.00/ month

Mandatory Deductions:

Monthly contributions as part of employee share[4] to the following:

GSIS-Retirement & Life Insurance Premium (GSIS-RLIP) ₱ 7,105.14 / month

(9% of basic salary/month)

PAG-IBIG 100.00 / month

PhilHealth (Circular No. 22-1003) 375.00 / month
