Tiffany & Co.  (known additionally as Tiffany or Tiffany's) is a luxury American multinational jewelry and silverware corporation, with headquarters located  in New York City. Tiffany retails jewelry, sterling silver, china, crystal, stationery, fragrances, personal accessories, as well as some leather goods. Several of these goods are sold under the Tiffany name at Tiffany stores and through direct-mail and corporate merchandising. Merchandise is also sold wholesale to third-party distributors. Tiffany is renowned for its lavish goods, particularly for its diamonds: diamond jewelry, and especially its diamond engagement rings. Tiffany markets itself as an trendsetter of taste and style.

Company’s mission and vision statements against the performance of the organization

The mission and vision statements and objectives are neither interchangeable nor autonomous. Without objectives, the mission and vision statements are unfeasible. Without the mission and vision statement the objectives have no bearing. Both statements are too extensive to be measurable, and the objectives are too definite to provide the big picture. When properly coordinated they strike a balance that helps to shape the business’s operations and service.

A company’s vision, objectives, strategy and method of strategy execution is never final; managing strategy is an ongoing process that needs constant reviewing for needed adjustments. Tiffany & Co. follow their core values as they work towards achieving the desired mission and vision of the company.
