SUBJECT: Financial Goal and Bonuses
My team fell short of our financial objective this quarter. As an outcome, we will not be getting bonuses. The team performance was excellently, and made a tough attempt to finish the project on time. However even with this attempt, we had trouble reaching the goal. I would value a reply with a response about the following things:
1. Suggestions on how to be better equipped to reach our objective.

3. I would like to reflect on more everyday progress reports to better track inadequacies in presentation.
I would like to talk about these things with you at our next production meeting. I will answer any questions concerning carrying out these items.
