People have opportunities to choose from the choices by whatever they faced with. When people have a pressure to choose one of the choices, then people conflict in dilemma of their emotions. From the choices, people should know if they are standing to choose either deontology or utilitarianism, then they should know what Utilitarian principles, because people usually gives up one thing to get benefit more opportunities of their minds.

Engineer Bill is in this case, that Bill has huge pressure to choose either not move the switch to save Sarah from in between the train track and let the train with one hundred passengers to go off the cliff or switch the track back to proper direction to save the train, but he will directly kill Sarah. In this case, engineer Bill should stand up on the utilitarianism or deontology.

Also, there is very familiar case that if doctors are allows killing innocent people as long as the doctors will be able save more people than will be lost. There is Joe, who came in the emergency room, and he needs doctor now to be saved. However, doctor knows that Joe, amazingly, is perfectly compatible with all the victims such that the doctor could save the one hundred by killing Joe and distributing his body parts along with other bodily fluids. Like those cases of scenario could be real in this times. Therefore, people must realize that what concept of decisions could be better whenever they faced with that kind of situation.

I personally stand on the side of utilitarian principles over the deontology by cases from the above, so I think that engineer Bill should follow the concept of utilitarianism. Which means Bill should turn back the switch to put the track back to proper direction to save one hundred of passengers by killing Sarah.
