These two-day diet plans consist of healthy meals for each individuals they both contain vegetables, fruit, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and water. The meals will be fine for Jack and James to eat and will not affect their health conditions if they sticks to this meal plan. Jack and James also like all these foods set within their meal plans so they will enjoy eating all the foods on there.

The two-day meal plans are both healthy and balanced to will keep both pupils bodies healthy and will not do them any harm. The meal plans contain all the components of a balanced diet so both pupils will be reserving everything they need in order to have a healthy balanced diet. Within the meal plan I have also made sure there are no foods or drink that will cause them harm e.g. Jakes meal plan contains no sugar or fatty foods as he is a diabetic. But the diet still has everything else to keep his energy level high enough and so his body is health and is not in any danger and his diabetes will be kept under control.

James meal plan contains nothing with lactose in as this would make him poorly if he ate anything which contained lactose. But his meal plan also contains other components which will keep James healthy e.g. he can still eat fruit to keep him strong and healthy.

Both boys will also be encouraged to take regular exercise in order to also keep fit. There is also advice available to both boys about their medical health conditions so they can control it themselves.
