Should Abortion Be Legal?

I. Should Abortions be Legal? That is a big debate these days.

A. For years on end people have questioned whether or not abortions should be legal or not. Though the question still remains should abortions be legal or not? The answer to this question can and does often have different opinions. Though the answer should always be no.

II. No one should be able to chose a childs fate whethere carried inside of them or not.

A. A person who kills another life can get 20 years to life in prison, and when a mother is killed with an unborn child it is looked at as a double homicide, but yet if a woman were to have an abortion (kill her unborn child) then it should also be considered murder.

B. A person is considered a living being as they grow and thrive, that does not mean they grow and thrive souly on their own, but they do grow and thrive even in the womb. So there for this is a living being and should therefor be treated as one.

C. In all studies done they have proven that the fetus is a living being and even if they can not susrvive fully on their own in the beginning of their life they still have cells, that grow and develop just as any life form.

III. Birth defects making it ok for abotion.

A. Birth defects can be life threatening to a child once it is born, and are often found early on in pregnancy, but there is no real proof that this defect will be nearly as horendous as a doctor makes them out to be.

B. When a life in not given a chance to encounter the real world there is no way of knowing what defects they might have that could limit them from a normal life experience.

C. No one knows what tomorrow holds for them. If they are not given a full chance to prove themsleves and what they have then they are not...
