Personality and Managing Skills
How different personalities have an impact on how to manage and make decision. In this discussion the topics that will be analyzed are the personality traits of the student and the strengths’ and weakness that he has. The student has taken a personality assessment test to help identify the student’s personality traits.
The student took the Jungian 16-Type Personality Test. This is a self assessment that contains a range of interactive surveys that will help by providing insight on the student’s skill, abilities, and interests. After taking the assessment it generates an individual analysis.
The assessment will classify student’s scores that will be combined into four-letter personality classifications. In the analysis and interpretation the questionnaire classifies people as extroverted or introverted, sensing or intuitive, thinking or feeling, and perceiving or judging. These different classifications are then combined into 16 different types of personality.
This particular student was classified as an ENFP. The definition of this type of personality is as follows; this student is people-oriented, creative, and highly optimistic. The possible careers that go with type of personality are a publicist, research assistant, playwright, restaurateur, columnist, or conflict mediator.
According to the definition which states that the student is people-oriented, the position the student is executing at this time goes with that aspect of the test. On the question about as, what does the student what to accomplish with the MBS? Of the possible careers only one has cross the mind of the student which is conflict mediator.
