Executive Summary

Night Owl Brewery is a family owned and operated Portland brew pub with its roots settled in Portland has gain notoriety and known for quality beverage is most notable would be Blackbeard's baby. Night Owl Brewery is currently at a crossroads it can either take the chance and go forward with expansion and grab a larger market share of the Portland brew pub sales, or decide to continue current operations and stay as a small locally owned and operated brewery. This decision is not something we can make overnight. We need to do an extensive analysis of the company in aspects such as; if we do decide to expand what we need to do to draw in the more customers what do value and what are they looking for in their brew pubs. What makes our product a quality above the rest If we decide that we can take hold of market niche and we do have what the consumer wants and desires then we need to decide is it possible to deliver the value at an affordable cost to us in production and affordable cost for consumer purchase. We need to expand growing our business while making a profit and minimizing our cost of goods sold and production. One major concern of this is we were approach to distribute Blackbeard's Baby to twenty five other pubs. This is the ticket if we are to expand and a very enticing offer. We will need to reevaluate our current forecast for production and factor in if we can maintain at our current rate and the effect of out-side sale in our overall production.
