This business expansion of Lollypotz beyond Canberra; makes the management critical for the owner, Louise Curtis. Thus, Louise Curtis approaches to ANUCONs to help her devising future strategy and operational management of IT systems at Lollypotz. Lollypotz has a very small IT footprint.
