For this perspective, Rotarian Mohammad Yasin established a mother company named Holiday Resorts Bangladesh Ltd. in 1997. However, in constraints of government rules and regulations, he did not manage any land. For this reason in 1999, Mohammad Yasin introduced BHRAMAN BANGLA with the slogan of –enjoy the endless vacation with us. From 1999 to 2007, it was a limited company but in 2008, it transferred from limited company to sole proprietorship business.

To make the tourism industry a primary source of national revenue and a prime contributor to the socio-economic development of the nation.

To serve the tourist with reasonable price within the country.
