Reasoning Aptitude

During my last session on the career plan building activity has shown me much about

my individual thinking style and thought process. Appropriately follows instructions from

others without unnecessarily challenging authority; follows procedures and policies;

keeps to schedules; arrives punctually for work and meetings; demonstrates

commitment to the organization; complies with legal obligations and safety requirements

of the role. Using these skills in the business world allow me to demonstrate my work

ethic in appositive manner and always thinking and doing what is right even when no

one is looking.

Working on strategizing in my career to accomplish tasks by setting and developing new

strategies, identifying, and developing positive visions and taking into account a wide

range of issues related to my organization. Networking with others it allows me to

grasp a wide view of knowledge and information from a huge community in the

company. Researching common trends and new ways to do things faster,

cheaper, and more efficient will allow me to develop a better team to accomplish the

task and goals.

When, using my thinking style in arguments I can research the topic with

my network and get the information to prove my point from the industry standard

experts. Applying my own expertise on the subject at hand will allow my audience to

know that the facts being presented are true and up to date within the industry.

Presenting the information in a professional manner and having my things organized for

the topic will show that I am confident in the subject and have reviewed my

documentation prior to the meeting.

By using persuasive communication in my line of work and being the known expert in

my field allows me to be the go to guy when things in my field come up that may need

to be addressed....
