In my opinion, both processes have pros and cons, I would take some benefits of crime control model and some of the due process model and if I had the opportunity to merge the two to take them; the most beneficial to the grossest crimes other than criminal or juvenile. For example, in the criminal justice process, its main purpose is to repress DNA Punish the criminal conduct; And this is something that I am in complete agreement, as it has to make criminals pay for their crimes, so that those who eventually have in mind to commit a crime, think carefully before committing because of the consequences to that will face if they commit it. Also I completely agree, that crime control is carried out with success is due to apprehension and criminal conviction quickly in case. I agree that the police force is more jurisdiction and authority in criminal cases, as in most cases are the cops who go and are mainly the crime scene, then come the researchers and experts, prosecutors and ect. And in the court hearing the declaration of the police when it is shown quite clearly that its declaration is accurate, these statements are of great weight to declare guilty or not guilty to a criminal. The due process is more flexible in some ways it encourages a better and more productive rehabilitation program for those who really deserve it, in my case it should be for criminals who have proved beyond doubt by their acts and behavior that are really deserve to go to a rehabilitation center. However, according to my point of view, this opportunity in different rehabilitation centers should not be given to those convicted for crimes such as murder, rape, murder and complicity in crimes related to them.
