The problem statement in our case study is to determine how much of an effect ZYX employee demographic characteristics have on stress levels, which could therefore affect employee job satisfaction.
Research Questions
1) Is the turnover rate for ZYX directly related to the fact that the number one stated cause of sick leave was stress-related ailments, or was it because of the move to Irvine?
2) ZYX's sick leaves have tripled and their absenteeism has increased dramatically...How does this affect ZYXs future success?
3) How might ZYX handle future expansion plans to avoid issues like they are now experiencing?
