EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This research paper provides information about the Apparel Industry and Adenip Inc
itself. Methods of analysis include trend, horizontal and vertical analysis as well as
ratios such as Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity and Activity ratios. Other methods
include Strategic Map, IFE and EFE to name a few. Moreover, Value Chain is evaluated
in each of its parts including the primary activities like operations, supply chain,
distribution, sales and marketing and service. Also support activities like human
resource management, technology and systems development and general
administration. Addition to that is competitive performance matrix, wherein strategic
map is used to determine its direct competitors and in what stage the company is at the
present.
The research draws attention to the external and internal factors that affect the industry
and the company itsel f. Further research and study reveal that this factors helps the
industry and the company improve itself and to come up with strategies that will be able
to hold onto its strengths and enhance its weaknesses.
It shows that Adenip Inc. has been coping with its loss last 2011 financially. The
company has been continuing to pursue its vision step by step. It is recommended that
the company should extend its efforts on its marketing and sales force. Also be able to
produce products that are competitive priced a nd stylish, fashionable and high quality.
