4. Xin & Co. run 7 days per week and 10 hours per day. A year ago it produces 1000 tires per day and management decided to invest $500,000 to improve its financial standings. A year later, now, after the investment is fully implemented, daily production still remained at 1000 tires per day but with different input consumption rates.
