Organizational behaviour changed my mind.

Organizational Behaviour is the study and application of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in organizations. It does this by taking a system approach. That is, it interprets people-organization relationships in terms of the whole person, whole group, whole organization, and whole social system. Its purpose is to build better relationships by achieving human objectives, organizational objectives, and social objectives. I really agree with this paragraph, because the organization is not linked with money or business. It is more about people relationships, beliefs and communication. In the world there are so many incredible good leaders with the high school degree, but what is the hook? They have good really good relationships with other leaders, good communication skills with employees and other people, they trust what their teams are doing and they allow taking risk, these are the things that makes them good. In no one huge company the owners working really hard to make it business better, they trust their key manager and their job is make it better company. The owners the hardest job is to recruit the team, who have these incredible skills. In my eyes the organizational behaviour is the base of business knowledge, because mostly this is about how to manage team, how to communicate with them, how to find right employees, and what organization leaders should need to do before they start to something in real life. Organizational behaviour changed my life definitely now I communicate different with family, classmates and any people on street. My thoughts about business are changed. In my eyes the all classmates are changed, every person want to know more about the class. I think after first semester we will be a big family who will make these three years incredible amazing.
