Question1: how should quality be defined at this restaurant?
If you want your company to be successful and have great quality, then the restaurant must provide a great dining experience so that the customers will enjoy their time and also the quality of the food must be great. To be a successful restaurant, you have to provide the customers with great service and great quality, so these customers will return back to your restaurant. The quality that the restaurant is providing must make his customers feel happy. So the staff members must be polite to the customers. For me the most important thing to take into consideration is the atmosphere or the style. People just don’t come for great food, but also for a clean restaurant and must have a nice design or décor. The restaurant must meet the standards or requirements of the customers. The interior of the restaurant must have a Mexican theme because than the customers will receive n actual idea of Mexican meals and background.
Question 2: what are the restaurant’s costs of process failures?
To have a successful restaurant, you have to have a good environment and always serve fresh foods and good quality foods. Also you have to take in consideration, the customers. You have to make sure that you make the customers happy and satisfied, so that they will return back and also tell other people about your restaurant. In this case the time for meal preparation and release time is not that good. They have to change this quickly or these customers will not come back to the restaurant. So these problems have to be improved so the restaurant can work effectively. Also if the quality of food is not that great, there can be some serious consequences....
