Mission statement: CRC Creative Arts Department is a functional extension of the corporate vision of CRC demonstrating excellence in expression through the vehicle of creative arts.

Pastor of Creative Arts

Reports directly to Senior Pastor

This person must effectively communicate and carry out the vision of the Senior Pastor in the area of creative arts. Must possess strong communication and leadership skills and have the ability to make hard decisions through the leading of the Holy Spirit and be the key leadership authority in the department.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible to schedule frequent meetings as needed to keep the senior pastor abreast on the department development.

2. Responsible for the state of worship in the house and the supervision of all functions within the Creative Arts department.

3. Responsible for handling pay scales and budgets throughout the department.

4. Responsible for reviewing every Sunday service and take action to constantly improve the quality of the worship experience.

5 Responsible to reinforce the department’s purpose in ministry and reiterate a life style towards holiness, effectual prayer and bible study...

6. Conduct weekly meeting with department leaders to prayerfully and skillfully plan weekly events.

7. Responsible for maintaining solid relationships with all creative arts members and schedule frequent one on one meeting with members to maintain positive moral and spiritual growth.

8. Responsible for monitoring rehearsals and screening special music

9. Responsible for ongoing recruitment of new talent from the congregation.

10. Responsible for coordinating technical and musical requirement of guess Psalmist

11. Organize seminars workshops and teaching session to provide an atmosphere of growth and positive reinforcement.
