In Phase I of the marketing plan, Team A will present an overview of the start-up company, provide a description of the new service and explain why the team believes it will be profitable. The company has selected a descriptive mission and vision statement based on quality and value of service they intend to render to their clients. In addition, the team will disclose a report of the company’s SWOTT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and trends) on this service to determine whether or not it would be a good investment. The team will reveal the marketing research approach that was used to develop the marketing strategy and tactics for this service demonstrating how marketing is important to a company’s growth and overall success. In Phase II of the marketing plan, Team A will identify segmentation criteria’s that can impact the target markets for the business; describe the consumers and factors that may influence their purchasing decisions as well as how these factors can impact the company’s marketing strategy. The team will analyze current competitors of E2E, define our competitive edge and prepare a 12-month cash flow forecast on the business. In phase III of the market plan, Team A will review all phases of the marketing plan for Escape to Eden (E2E). In this phase, Team A will describe in detail the attributes of their services, outline the product life cycle and identify the positioning and differentiation strategies that E2E will experience. The team will identify an appropriate pricing strategy and prepare a schedule of start-up cost that the company would need to analyze before embarking on their new venture. Finally, in phase IV, Team A will consolidate all the different phases of the project into one solid, usable market plan and implement control procedure.
