THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

INTRODUCTION

Time is rapidly moving, we can see improvements for almost everything, the world has continue to move forward, for development,and we have move with it. Human beings become more and more intelligent that day by day, they keep on ariving for an easier way of living.

Many times, we have proven how computers had helped us make our work easier. almost all of us do use computer in our respective fields. computers is really making profound changes in our lives and we most survive. The key is, of course, computer literacy-awareness, knowledge, and interaction. We cannot turn back the clock, nor would we want to. we must continue to march forward with computer.

In our town Penablanca, A Student friendly school was built, it was named Penablanca National High School, one of their problems is the None-Systematic System through the initiative of Mrs. Cristina Danga. an English teacher and at the same time, the librarian. an improvise and permanent library room was made. the librarian send more time in sorting files in the library, slow processing of library reports, and the lost of books,

In a library, students read and borrow books to learn, so it is the responsibility of the librarian to keep and maintain and organized collection of books. The librarian must have records of the information such as does books that are existing, old and new, and does that are borrowed. Subject files, and students with borrowed books files are the that are make up the computerizid library system. The with the aid of Computerized Library System can be possibly introduce.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

1.Slow processing of library reports, the librarian has a list of existing books and those are lost, old and new, manually she makes a report out of these and submits into the principal.
