* Date- November 8, 2012.

* Location- The Superintendent’s office November 8, 2012.

What time did the meeting start?

The meeting began at 7:00pm.

Was there a sign-in sheet? Did you sign it?

There was not a sign in sheet, therefore I couldn’t sign anything.

Was an agenda of the meeting provided? Did you get a copy of it?

Yes, there was an agenda, but not everyone had it, I didn’t receive a copy of it.

Were the minutes of the previous meeting made available?

We didn’t have a previous meeting.

Please provide a brief description of the physical layout of the room noting the presence of any political symbols such as flags or seals:

The room in which the meeting took place was serious and professional. They had the Texas and U.S. flags as part of their decoration and also the superintendent’s graduation diploma. They also had a lot of posters like world maps, and things from Texas.

Was the Pledge of Allegiance recited? Or the Texas Pledge?

The pledges were not recited.

How many members of the body were in attendance? Were any absent? Did they provide reasons for their absence?

Seven members were in attendance. They were no one missing, at least they never mention anything related to it.

Were any other people sitting with the members of the governmental body? These additional people could include the superintendent, city manager, business manager, etc. The Mayor and the superintendent were also present.

How many members of the body were female?

From all the members one was female and the rest were six males.

How many members of the body were African-American? None

How many members of the body were Hispanic? None.

How many people were in the audience (include yourself)? There were aproximidately twelve...
