FMJH Project Paper

1) Papers must be a minimum of four (4) full pages and a maximum of five (5) full pages, typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and stapled.

2) Within this paper, be certain to offer several examples from your own life and address the following four domains:

** Discuss at least two activities you found most interesting or helpful, and why.

** Discuss what activities were most difficult, and why.

** How might the incorporation of some of these activities and strategies benefit you as a student, an employee, and in your relationships with others?

** Discuss a specific log within the project that you feel needs improvement within your own life, why you would like to change this particular area in your life, and at least two different ways that you plan to do this. Be sure to include in your discussion how you might change the behavior, an actual timeline associated with this change, and how you might seek support in doing this from other significant people in your life.

The FMJH project was an eye- opening assignment. This is because it showed me how I live my life. It gave me a bad impression on a few things that I did, but showed me a lot of good things that I do in my life and how good of a person I am. It showed me also things such as how frequently I worked out. One activity showed me how I communicate with people, verbally and nonverbally. Another showed how technology dependent I am, and lastly an activity showed me a whole new perspective on life.

Two activities that I found most interesting and helpful in the FMJH project were the eating logs and the fitness logs. I really liked the eating logs because it kept track of what I was eating, how much of it, and where I was eating it. At first it made me feel really fat and unhealthy. It helped me make my eating habits healthier by finding new foods to eat that were a better choice for me. I also learned to eat more of my own food and...
