Job Description | Business Systems Analyst will join IT and other given business lines to evaluate, research, examine and document business and system needs. The main purpose of a Business System Analyst is that they need to resolve business systems concerns by recommending business resolutions that meet sponsor/stakeholder needs. The BA will be required to deliver superior technology solutions to meet business needs. Other responsibilities include guaranteeing successful completion of project goals within the financial plan and directing grounding of suitable documentation. |

Skills needed for the job (both technical and soft skills) | * Qualified with experience on presentations with single functions * Requirements methods: interviewing, data modeling, business process modeling, business object modeling and user interface design * Different requirement methodologies: Object Orientation, Use Cases, Unified Modeling Language, iterative methodologies like RUP and traditional waterfall approach * Cost/Benefit Inspection & alternatives certification * IT Principles, Practices, CMM & audit necessities |

Identify the skills you personally feel you need to develop in order to qualify for the job | I would need to learn more about IT principles, techniques and policies. I would also need to get an understanding with IT project administration and Use Case investigation. I would also need to improve my communication skills, facilitation skills, and presentation skills. |
