Research Evaluation & Advisement of: Daimler-Benz AG, German Organization

On December 1, 2012, our firm, The WSU Consultation & Advisement Group, finalized contracts with Daimler-Benz AG. Our firm was contracted to conduct a private organization-evaluation of Daimler-Benz; including advisement and suggestion proposals, where applicable. With the finalization of said contract, our firm undertook the responsibility of researching, reviewing, and providing feedback on the current operations of, along with recent modifications to, Daimler-Benz. Our main contact person in the Daimler administration office expressed a desire to also partially understand municipal representations of various company aspects. In summary, our contract limits to: solely utilizing credible, public articles, and informational sources to review, summarize, and advise upon aspects of the organization. The aspects to be considered are at the discretion of our firm; along with the use of resource text: Management, written by: Stephen Robbins and Mary Coulter. The team assigned to the Daimler-Benz evaluation is composed of specialists: Christopher Fritz, Cameron Darmody, and Bernard Lynch.

The majority of control operations are maintained in Germany however, numerous divisions exist in nations all over the globe. Mercedes-Benz USA is one of the Daimler divisions; responsible for the distribution and marketing of Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, Smart, and Sprinter products in the United States.
