Question 1

According to the Maslow’s need hierarchy there are five levels of human needs, which determine human motivation to satisfy them in different degrees (Wiki, 2013):

* Physical wants, such as sleeping, eating, breathing;

* Security in different life aspects – work, family, inhabitation;

* Love and emotions – infatuation, hatred;

* Respect – appraise, appreciation;

* Self-realization, for example goals achieving, satisfaction;

If human doesn’t satisfy the most basic needs he can’t concentrate on higher level or secondary needs. Esteem, friendship and love, security, and physical needs levels are described as "deficiency needs". If human doesn’t satisfy them (except physiological needs) he may feel anxious or angry but physical signs will not appear. It means they affect only emotional condition of human.

* Self-realization, reveal own potential;

* Overwhelm, help others to reveal their potential.

According to Maslow human behavior can be dictated simultaneously by different types on needs, but certain need dominates among other needs (Wiki, 2013).
