I need to plan to manage changes on the project in a timely manner. Address who will be involved in making change control decisions, what paperwork or electronic systems will be used to collect and respond to changes, and other related issues.

When we begin to do this project, in different situations will make some changes. Just like in scope, time, cost and other parts. This is important that make sure these changes are beneficial for the whole project. To ensure the team can know every change, we need to communicate with each other and know if any changes are made. So we can have some meetings on time, may be every one week or two weeks. And it will be easy to know every change. After I know the changes, maybe we can tell the change control board which a formal group of people responsible for approving or rejecting change to a project but we just a small five people team, I can provide guidelines for preparing change requests, evaluating changes requests, and managing the implementations of approved changes. I will use e-mail, msn and some other communication to tell each team member about changes and write changes as a report to record. I will also define procedures for making timely decisions and use software to assist in planning and controlling project.

Anyway, a change control system is very important. It describes when and how official project document may be changed. And I will do my best to make sure the project successful.
