ABSTRACT

The modern dynamics provides a borderless world, globalization is now. Business and management extend beyond local markets. Understanding sets of knowledge, beliefs and behavior patterns of different social groups or countries are part of the challenges of cross cultural. The books and theories on management and negotiations are important but the sensitivity to the interpretation of cultures is a key element in terms of theories that could be invalidated by certain cultural patterns. The cross cultural study is important because in today's global dynamics, it is common to face a negotiation process where the parties are from different countries, this means that different cultural values and beliefs jump in the negotiation or management process. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of cultures as a challenge to managers and international negotiators under the acceptance, respect and consensus between the parties trough the knowledge of how to deal with the cross cultural problem. INTRODUCTION

Historical forces, religion and other schemes are factors that nurture the culture. Culture is love of history, culture is tradition, culture is belief, culture is value. There are many differences between nations, for example, each has certain characteristics that determine their economical and managerial patterns. Management therefore is affected by the institutions, beliefs, goals and techniques that are determine by the cultural factors of each region.
