Globalization small companies as Professional Products are a big step. Competition and cooperation from foreign government are going to be the major challenges for the company. Coming from a small setting in a small town, Professional Products will have to overcome the challenges that ever business that globalizes experiences.

Review of Case Study

Professional Products, Inc is a company that sells medical devices and supplies from their industrial park facilities. The company takes pride in fill and shipping an order within a 4 ½ hour span. They do not keep too much inventory at a time. Professional Products uses a vertical structure in their management. They are located in a small town in Walton County and over the year Professional Products has became one of the most stable employers with about 175 employees.

Recently Professional Products has decided to expand and go global. New Technology and equipment will streamline the production and some work will be outsourced. They claim that no jobs will be lost. Professional Product acknowledges that they will need high-skilled professionals. Professional Products takes pride in the designing and making most of it own components.
