Key Success Factors
LAA faces the problem of maintaining their customer promised 24-hour delivery, while reducing labour costs. Overcoming this problem will require the execution of two key success factors:

Development of the ability to support the growth rate of tests offered to customers.

Samples need to go to different groups for testing. Because samples get misdirected to the wrong group, a lot of time is lost locating samples. Long term solution is to build a new, one-floor facility outside of the city, but because this solution is in the early planning stages, an immediate, interim solution is required.
For LAA to maintain their customer promised, 24-hour delivery while reducing labor costs, they will need to focus their efforts on addressing operational efficiency pertaining to organization and the ability to accommodate growth.
