Abstract
Kudler Fine Foods is a local upscale specialty gourmet food shop with three locations (La Jolla, Del Mar, and Encinitas), which have expressed interests in developing a system to track the consumer purchase habits through a Frequent Shopper Program. This program will award loyalty points for redemption such as high-end gift items, airline first-class upgrades, or other specialty foods. This program will track purchase behavior patterns to assist Kudler to refine the process of satisfying the customer by rewarding loyalty point’s available through partnerships with other external companies. The Frequent Shopper Program will improve the quality of Kudler Fine Foods while expanding services through the Frequent Shopper Program in revenue increases, inventory self-life, and increased efficiency of customer purchases.

Kudler Fine Foods has traveled the world to bring the extensive collection of the finest foods and wine to the customer based of their mission. Their helpful staff is knowledgeable and is willing to provide the customer the premium experience and pleasing shopping outing. Kudler Fine Foods is expanding their services to new ways to conduct business for the company and consumers with developing a Frequent Shopper Program. This program will provide the customer history of purchases, track inventory sales and shelf-life, and accumulate loyalty points for the customer. The loyalty points will be redeemed for high-end gifts and help the company increase efficiency production, revenue increase, and provide a customer satisfaction for online purchasing or shopping in the stores.
