Attached below you will find the business report that you have requested to find out where in Brazil we should expand our company, Smith’s Fruit Farm. In this report you will find all the information needed to expand our business into Brazil.
During my initial research, I found out information about Brazil, such as their climate and culture, to find out if it is feasible to have a fruit farm in Brazil. After I conducted research, I found that the central portion of Brazil will be the best fit for Smith’s Fruit Farm. My recommendation is that we expand into central Brazil and away from major cities such as Rio de Janeiro where on third of people live in slums.
Brazil already has numerous apple orchards in their country and produces around 500,000 tons of apples and other fruits which is why Brazil is a good fit for our company. I believe that with the right strategy and placement of our company, we can maximize our profits and make Brazil the perfect place for our first global expansion.
