1. Project Scope Statement

Key Stakeholders

In order to make a complete and accurate evaluation we need to include the following individuals of the HR department including key stakeholders of the company. The following key stakeholders of the company that can make a sound and final decision. Here is a list of stakeholders that need to be included for the decision. The scope is an important part of the project, when determining the outcome and the effectiveness of the project. With the presence and approval of the following personal it will make it a great opportunity for input and output from the information of every departments. With the approval of the required staff can make each phase to completed and on scheduled and on time, each member can contribute input and opinion for the development of the project.

CEO Mr. Riordan who also happens to be the boss of the company, this person knows the strategies and the goals of the corporation. His greatest concern is to oversee the entire performance of the company as well as the service that is providing for customers and employees.

Chief Operating officer Mr. Hugh McCauley who administers and directs activities of the organization, making sure that policy, goals are established by the Board of Directors.

The Director of HR Ms. Yvonne McMillan who develops policy for employees and keeps records of compensation, benefits, and training.

The Director of Accounts and finance, Mr. Donald Bryson responsibly and in charges for direct financial activities within the organization.

Chief Financial Officer, director of accounting and human resources Mr. Dale Engel.

Chief Information Officer Ms. Maria Trinh.

Also included the Chief Legal Counsel Mr. Lowell Bradford.
