PERSONAL STATEMENT

The target of the author during the writing of this report was to analyze like the multinational organizations might obtain competitive advantages from the employment of immigrants especially in a periods of deep recession. The impact of the research material on the analysis has been unexpectedly long and difficult. Lot of time was spent in the reading of different books. This reading was often useless in addressing the topic but it contributed to improve the skills of the author in many different fields.

Because of the complexity of the topic it has not been easy to find articles, books or previous reports that analyzed specifically the topic. For this reason the personal research had to be developed in a wider way and the different phenomenon were analyzed one by one mixing different sources from the other units approached during the course such as: managing an leading people, people resourcing and international employment relations.
