1. Research on major explorers of the 15th – 16th centuries

Within your group, research one major explorer as allocated to your group. Remember to include personal details regarding the explorer, reasons for the exploration voyages, countries/areas/regions discovered by these explorers and any other interesting facts that you might find. You must present your research in a chart. (See below) You must copy the chart into your books and fill in the information for all of the explorers not just the explorer you are researching. Everyone in the group will need a copy of the chart. All members of the group must contribute to the research.
