The Program that I have decided to use is an intrinsic motivation. It is where a volunteer is working in the hospital. Why do volunteer work at the hospital. When I was a volunteer at the hospital. It was an intrinsic motivation when I am motivated by internal factors, as opposed to the external drivers of extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation drives me to do things just for the fun of it, or because I believe it is a good or right thing to do. Volunteering at a hospital offers you the chance to learn new things and broaden your horizons. At a hospital, you work with people who have different backgrounds and levels of knowledge than you. The result for volunteer is where you are volunteering in an area where you enjoy what you are doing, enjoy the people that surround you, you are more likely to be able to pour your heart and time into your work with a sense of meaningful indulgence. It a volunteer program is in place at most hospital. The plans calls for getting people to volunteer to help the many hospitals that have the following areas to donate skills and time: clerical support, patient care, administrative assistance, customer service, technical support and emotional care and assistance. How would I know if the result have been achieved by volunteer myself and seeing the other volunteer enjoy our work. The doctors and patients would do a feedback with surveys. In the several years that I have been a emt and a volunteer it is good to see that people that can understand that intrinsic motivation and not the extrinsic motivation that people want to have things as a tangible rewards or pressure. To recap the motivation is the intrinsic that to help the hospital and patient feel more relax in time of a stress. The see the smiles and tear of people that you have help but also the feedback of doctors, nurses and other staff of the hospital. In the end it is a life...
