Abstract

Inspirations Bath & Body Spirits Code of Conduct establishes the Company’s requirements for ethical and legal standards of conduct and the handling of actual or potential violations of those standards and complaints alleging violations. The Company is strongly committed to ethics and compliance. To support legal and ethical decision making, the Company has policies, processes and provides periodic training regarding this Code and other policies (Clorox). The Company requires all of its employees, including the chief executive officer and other executive officers, and directors to know the laws and policies that apply to their Inspirations Bath & Body Spirits activities and to act with uncompromising honesty and integrity at all times.
